Remote Recruiter & Call Support (Commission Based)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Recruiter and Call Support specialist. The position is freelance, work‑from‑home and operates on a commission‑based structure, offering flexibility and the chance to earn attractive rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold‑calls to prospective candidates and clients.
• Provide professional customer service and support over the phone.
• Identify, screen, and match talent with recruitment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, telemarketing or call‑centre environments.
• Proven track record in cold‑calling and achieving targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and a pleasant phone demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CEI certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑only basis.
