Research Assistant – Neuroimaging & Cognitive Health

About the role

The Cognitive and Brain Health Laboratory at Nanyang Technological University is seeking a Research Assistant to support a newly funded neuroimaging project focused on reversing brain ageing. The role involves direct interaction with participants, data collection, and contribution to scientific publications.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and schedule participants for neuroimaging studies.
• Administer neurocognitive tests and questionnaires.
• Assist in preparing manuscripts and research reports.
• Maintain project documentation and handle administrative tasks.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Principal Investigator.

Required profile

• Good Honours Degree in Psychology from a recognised institution.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to commit to the position for at least one year.
• Preferred: experience with neurocognitive assessments and working with elderly participants in Singapore.
• Preferred: proficiency in Mandarin for data analysis and stakeholder communication.
