Resident Technical Officer (Architecture)

About the role
Greensafe International is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to lead architectural finishing and fit‑out works across its projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines while maintaining accurate site documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise architectural finishing and fit‑out activities to achieve timely, high‑quality completion in line with project plans.
- Conduct detailed on‑site inspections and quality checks, identifying and rectifying defects or deviations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with architectural specifications, building codes, and other regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, and progress reports.
Required profile
- Diploma in Architecture or Building Services.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural supervision or related construction roles.
- BCSS certification.
