Residential Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Residential Site Engineer to join our solar energy projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing rooftop solar installations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily project work teams to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.
• Plan manpower allocation and project schedules at least one week in advance.
• Prepare sales orders for required inventory before project start.
• Monitor and report daily project progress to the Business Head.
• Present project schedules and manpower plans using Odoo during weekly BD & Operations meetings.
• Liaise with the Residential BD Team and Business Head to align project timelines.
• Design residential rooftop layouts with HelioScope and draft single‑line diagrams in AutoCAD.
• Conduct quality‑control checks on completed projects and produce QC reports.
• Manage site operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform other project‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence or Class 2 motorcycle licence.
• Experience in site supervision, project coordination or the solar/renewable‑energy sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple project schedules.

What we offer

• Basic salary SGD 2,600 – 3,000 per month.
• Transport allowance: SGD 350/month for car owners, SGD 200/month for motorcycle owners.
• 5.5‑day work week with flexible hours based on project needs.
