Restaurant Assistant Manager

About the role

CA Concepts operates four vibrant restaurants across Singapore. As an Assistant Manager you will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in designing and delivering staff training programmes.
• Take and schedule reservations, greet guests and coordinate seating.
• Identify regular guests and communicate their preferences to the manager.
• Build a loyal customer base through personalised service and database management.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper set‑up of furnishings, equipment and pantry areas.
• Participate in monthly physical stock takes of glassware, plates and crockery.

Required profile

• Passionate and loyal individuals with prior food & beverage experience.
• Ability to work under pressure within an international team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
