Restaurant Customer Service Executive (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join Greenwood F&B as a Restaurant Customer Service Executive, working 5.5 days a week across our island‑wide locations. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival.
• Manage the reservation system and handle phone bookings.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented dining area with tables set and ready.
• Control guest flow to support efficient service by waitstaff.
• Oversee the waitlist, communicating accurate wait times.
• Assist with general operations, including bussing tables and sanitising areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a hostess or similar role in a fast‑paced restaurant.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised and pay close attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and composure during busy periods.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using reservation systems.
