Restaurant General Manager

About the role

The Restaurant General Manager will lead all operational aspects of our island‑wide restaurant network, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and profitability. You will be responsible for driving the brand’s strategy, managing staff, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including manpower planning, food and service standards, and cash handling.
• Develop and execute store action plans to meet KPIs such as quality audits and sales targets.
• Manage stock control, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Lead marketing initiatives and business development projects.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members, conducting performance appraisals and pay reviews.
• Collaborate with HR and Training departments to align processes and develop SOPs.
• Monitor business performance reports and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food & Beverage Management or Hospitality.
• Minimum 8 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑food environment.
• Strong project management and operational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid Food Safety certificate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Food Safety certification.
