Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our fine‑dining operations across Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Maintain high service standards and address guest feedback to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
• Collaborate with chefs and sommeliers to optimise menus, pairings, and special offerings.
• Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock, and coordinate with suppliers for quality ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene regulations and licensing requirements.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyse financial reports to drive profitability.
• Organise private dining events, promotions, and seasonal menus to enhance customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a supervisory role within a fine‑dining establishment.
• Strong understanding of Korean cuisine, culture, and fine‑dining service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant management software.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Ability to work with financial reporting tools.
