Retail Associate – Boarding Gate

About the role
Join Boarding Gate as a Retail Associate and be the friendly face of our store. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain an inviting shopping environment.
Key responsibilities
- Display merchandise, manage stock inventory and keep the store tidy.
- Greet customers, answer enquiries, and provide personalized service.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit payments accurately.
- Replenish shelves, order new stock and ensure product availability.
- Assist with other sales and operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Sales‑oriented, enjoys interacting with people and works well in a team.
Required skills
- Strong communication abilities.
- Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale experience.
