Retail Education Manager

About the role

The Retail Education Manager designs and delivers learning programs that boost the knowledge, skills and performance of retail teams. This role ensures employees consistently provide exceptional customer experiences while meeting commercial targets through effective onboarding, product education, sales capability development and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a retail education strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build selling capabilities that improve customer engagement, conversion rates, average transaction value and client retention.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe performance and provide on‑site coaching.
• Design comprehensive learning journeys for new hires, existing staff and leadership teams.
• Deliver immersive brand induction programmes that communicate the company’s history, values and luxury positioning.
• Coach retail teams on clienteling, cross‑selling and delivering personalized customer experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 6‑8 years of experience in retail training within a luxury or premium consumer brand.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail, client experience and retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all organisational levels.
