Retail Executive – Sales, Operations & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Executive to join our island‑wide network in Singapore. The role combines sales, operations and marketing duties to drive store performance and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Sales: meet individual sales targets, respond to customer enquiries, generate sales opportunities, build long‑term relationships, maintain a customer database and provide post‑sale follow‑up.
• Operations: ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, assist customers in selecting brands and models, provide accurate product information, pricing and demonstrate product usage.
• Marketing: take part in all in‑house promotional activities and support any additional marketing events as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail experience, with luxury retail background highly preferred.
• Candidates with an ITE or Diploma and no prior work experience are welcome, as training will be provided.
• Ability to work a 5‑day retail week and handle typical retail hours.
• Salary range SGD 2,500–4,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
