Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager will lead operational excellence across a network of retail stores in Singapore. You will translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensure consistent standards, and drive performance against key KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and forecast performance to shape competitive strategies.
• Oversee store policies, procedures and promotions to guarantee consistency and compliance.
• Lead a team of Area Managers to achieve sales targets, KPIs and operational plans within budget.
• Provide coaching and development to enhance team capability and engagement.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, finance, HR and support functions for seamless initiative implementation.
• Monitor store execution through reviews and site visits, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support strategic projects such as store openings, refurbishments and merchandising optimisation.
• Communicate priorities, performance metrics and business updates across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in retail sales and multi‑site operations.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capability and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
