Retail Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead the performance of our product categories across all retail channels. The role is responsible for meeting sales, profit and inventory targets while coordinating product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned product categories to achieve sales, profit, and inventory objectives.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns in retail channels.
• Monitor sales performance, sell‑through rates and stock levels, identify issues and drive improvements.
• Optimize product assortment and SKU mix to enhance category performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Product and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Highly adaptable and self‑motivated.
• Passionate about e‑commerce (preferred).
• Sensitive to data with the ability to analyse traffic, user and sales data.
