About the role
VENUS BEAUTY is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to lead its island‑wide store network in Singapore. You will oversee daily store activities, drive sales for your product category, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a team of retail assistants to maintain smooth store operations.
- Drive sales of the assigned product category and meet performance targets.
- Handle inventory management, housekeeping, and merchandising tasks.
- Provide outstanding customer service, process payments, and manage refunds professionally.
- Maintain a well‑stocked selling floor and organize display areas.
Required profile
- Willingness to work a roster based on retail hours (10 am‑10 pm, 6 days a week with one weekday off).
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
