About the role

Join Singapore’s first dedicated hair‑removal studio as a Retail Receptionist. No prior experience is needed – we provide full training so you can deliver a warm, professional welcome to every client.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly, hospitable attitude.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and face‑to‑face enquiries courteously.
Book, modify and cancel appointments efficiently.
Promote products, services and packages to drive sales and retention.
Maintain salon cleanliness and overall tidiness.
Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

Passion for beauty and personal care services.
Commitment to high‑standard customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Willingness to learn basic computer applications.
