Retail Sales Associate – Basic Salary + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our sanitary and lighting shop in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products while driving sales through both a fixed salary and commission.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate sanitary and lighting solutions.
• Explain product features and benefits using your trade‑sales knowledge.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming store environment together with the team.
• Process sales transactions accurately and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Work weekends as required to support store operations and meet demand.
• Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade sales, preferably within sanitary or lighting retail.
• Strong product knowledge of sanitary and lighting items.
• Motivated, team‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work a six‑day schedule with a weekday off.

Required skills
