About the role

Join Cotton On Singapore as a Retail Supervisor, supporting the Store Manager and leading a team to deliver great customer experiences while driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand direction across visual merchandising, trade actions, inventory processes and store presentation.
• Coach and develop team members in partnership with store management.
• Provide feedback to improve department performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Identify trade opportunities, propose solutions and enhance the customer experience.
• Promote the Cotton On Group Foundation and lead community impact projects.
• Assist the wider management team with day‑to‑day store operations as needed.

Required profile

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to spot and act on trade opportunities.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to build a collaborative team.
• Commitment to customer excellence and store results through clear planning.
• Willingness to champion social impact initiatives.
