Sales Account Manager

About the role

Certis is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to join its growing team in Singapore. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and delivering end‑to‑end sales solutions across multiple industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers while driving growth within existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from pre‑sales engagement to post‑sales support.
• Prepare accurate quotations and tender documents in close collaboration with product teams.
• Collect and analyse market intelligence to shape business strategies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Marketing or Business.
• At least one year of relevant experience; motivated entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Prior corporate sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, healthcare, government, finance, telecommunications or retail is advantageous.
• Willingness to work extended hours as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
