Sales Administration Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Administration Coordinator to support our sales team’s daily operations. You will ensure smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule jobs, and prepare necessary documentation and materials.
• Track quotes, orders, service reports, and invoices with high accuracy and follow‑up promptly.
• Maintain CRM and sales databases, update pipelines, and generate weekly/monthly reports and forecasts.
• Handle inbound inquiries, route leads, provide after‑sales support, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Communicate order status, delays, and delivery updates to clients and internal teams.
• Assist with pricing updates and tender documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service or administrative roles in a fast‑paced environment; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic Excel skills (vlookups, pivots a plus).
