Sales and Marketing Executive – Semiconductor Components

About the role

Join a fast‑growing electronics manufacturing firm as a Sales and Marketing Executive, focusing on semiconductor and electronic component solutions for OEMs, EMS providers and distributors across regional and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of semiconductor and electronic component products, driving sales to OEMs, EMS providers and independent distributors.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional agents and global trading partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and R&D to match technical requirements with suitable components.
• Identify new sales opportunities, expand market share in both high‑volume and niche segments.
• Support existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat orders and timely issue resolution.
• Provide product specification advice, pricing, availability and logistics information.
• Track sales performance, KPIs and prepare regular reports for strategic planning.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor and electronic components, market trends and applications.
• Experience working with agents, distributors and trading partners in the electronics supply chain.
• Understanding of sales channels and distribution models within the semiconductor sector.
