Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base across the ASEAN and Oceania regions. You will act as the key liaison between our Global Business Headquarters in Japan and regional operations, ensuring market demand aligns with production.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing functions to achieve regional sales targets and grow existing accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration.
• Research competitor products, market share, pricing, and advertising strategies, maintaining robust databases.
• Track product line performance, costs, and profitability margins across entities.
• Monitor budgets, compare actual results against forecasts, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regional reports and organize meetings to align stakeholder strategies.
• Partner with global manufacturing plants to synchronize market demand with production schedules.

Required profile

• Ability to work flexibly, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior knowledge or experience with bearings, ball screws, and linear guides is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
