About the role

The Sales and Service Support Assistant Manager will oversee back‑office customer service operations at Singapore Changi Airport, ensuring smooth handling of reservations, after‑sales requests, and stock flow. The role combines customer interaction, KPI monitoring, cash control, and team coordination to support commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow‑up customer requests, reservations and product searches across stores.
• Oversee the full back‑office cycle for after‑sales cases, including parcel preparation and coordination with the stock team.
• Validate quotations, keep clients informed, and handle remote sales/phone orders.
• Monitor service performance KPIs, generate regular reports on reservations, customer requests and after‑sales turnover.
• Conduct till controls, cash remittance and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Assist the stock team with negative‑stock corrections, archiving, and training on service‑related processes.
• Support the Stock Supervisor and team to maintain accurate stock flow, discipline, and floor replenishment.

Required profile

• Experience in back‑office customer service or sales support environments.
• Proven ability to monitor KPIs, generate reports and drive performance improvements.
• Familiarity with cash handling, till controls and basic financial procedures.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate stock activities and documentation.
• Capability to train and support team members on processes and tools.
