Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant will support the company's B2B sales activities, focusing on major clients in the electronics and semiconductor sectors. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, timely delivery, and strong technical communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key B2B accounts such as Micron and Infineon, maintaining regular communication, processing purchase orders and coordinating sales activities.
• Analyze customers' production plans to forecast demand, oversee just‑in‑time logistics, and manage inventory levels.
• Prepare and present technical proposals based on performance data of new materials, encouraging adoption on mass‑production lines.
• Collect market intelligence on advanced industries (batteries, semiconductors), evaluate competitor strategies and develop counter‑measures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve quality issues and support long‑term supply agreements and price negotiations.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales status reports and revenue analyses.
• Acquire product knowledge of electronic materials and build networks with account managers and key client contacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
