Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are expanding our luxury retail footprint in Singapore and are seeking a passionate Sales Assistant to join our store team. You will support daily store operations, drive sales, and create memorable experiences for our discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations and ensure visual standards are met.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and deep product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build long‑term client relationships and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Maintain appealing merchandise displays in line with corporate guidelines.
• Participate in stock control, inventory management and assist with sales and retail reporting.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the luxury retail sector.
• Self‑motivated, service‑oriented team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills such as Mandarin are a plus.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Computer literacy.
