Sales Assistant Manager

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant Manager to lead a team of retail assistants and ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for driving sales within your product category while maintaining a high standard of customer service and store presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory, housekeeping, and merchandising for your product category.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assist with product displays, and keep the sales floor well‑stocked.
- Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and manage customer refunds courteously.
- Work a rostered schedule covering retail hours (10 am–10 pm) with one weekday off.
Required profile
- Willingness to work on a roster based on retail hours.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
