Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Sales Associate to join our luxury boutique in Singapore. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our high standards and contributes to strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve the store by receiving, displaying, and maintaining products according to brand guidelines.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales and after‑sales process, managing client relationships and CRM data.
• Participate in product presentations, stay updated on all product categories, and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain visual standards, monitor stock levels, and support inventory counts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store environment and prevent theft or loss.
• Communicate client feedback and market insights to management.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury boutique.
• Strong alignment with brand identity and attention to detail.
• Passion for Balmain products and high motivation to represent the brand.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
