Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique (Singapore)

About the role

The Sales Associate will work on the boutique floor to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction while representing the Balmain brand. This role combines sales, client relationship management and visual merchandising in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers throughout the sales process, ensuring alignment with Balmain’s brand standards.
• Receive, display and maintain products according to established procedures.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑organized workspace and store visual standards.
• Provide high‑quality after‑sales service, manage client claims and follow‑up requests.
• Build and sustain commercial relationships with clients, using CRM tools to record interactions.
• Participate in product presentations and stay updated on all product categories.
• Monitor stock levels, contribute to inventory counts and help prevent theft.
• Attend store and department meetings and communicate client insights to management.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury boutique.
• Strong alignment with Balmain’s brand identity and attention to detail.
• Passion for Balmain products and high motivation to represent the brand.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
