Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

The Sales Associate will deliver a transformational customer experience, representing the brand and driving sales in a luxury fashion environment. You will build lasting relationships with customers while embodying the style and authenticity of the label.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand as an ambassador, maintaining store presentation standards.
• Create an extraordinary customer experience and build the brand one customer at a time.
• Collaborate with teammates, sharing product knowledge and fostering a fun, professional atmosphere.
• Proactively achieve sales targets, develop new and existing customer relationships, and drive business results.
• Adhere to sales and operational policies, manage inventory, and support back‑of‑house activities.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above (business or fashion related a plus).
• 2+ years experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury fashion retail operation.
• Strong personal selling and customer‑relations abilities.
• Sales‑driven, goal‑oriented, polished and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Cantonese and Putonghua a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with strong prioritisation and follow‑up skills.
