Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Sales Associate is the primary link between our luxury products and customers, delivering an exceptional experience that builds loyalty and drives sales. You will work in a high‑end store environment, representing the brand’s values and ensuring every client interaction meets the Maison’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover targets and meet KPIs set by the Store Manager.
• Welcome and advise clients in‑store, by phone, email, and at events, fostering long‑term relationships.
• Manage client prospecting, follow‑up, and invitations to activations or events.
• Handle after‑sales service cases, escalating issues to the Store Manager as needed.
• Participate in inventory management, stock checks, merchandising, and pricing compliance.
• Adhere to all sales, discount, and exchange procedures and contribute ideas in store meetings.
• Stay informed on brand collections, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in multi‑category retail, preferably luxury.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with feedback and diversity.
• Ability to solve complex problems, adapt quickly, and maintain high productivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as mobile applications, social media platforms, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
