Sales & Business Development Manager – APAC

About the role

GTT Marine, a leading provider of maritime digitalisation solutions, is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development Manager to expand its pipeline in the Asia‑Pacific region. The role is remote‑first, based in Singapore, with travel required to meet partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospecting opportunities for automation and navigation equipment within a targeted hunt‑list of accounts.
• Design and execute growth strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process in a competitive market, ensuring regular visits (online or onsite) to prospects and existing clients.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to manage the sales funnel and maximise deal closures.
• Drive cross‑selling initiatives and expand market share across APAC.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the maritime industry, preferably within shipping.
• Established network and proven track record in APAC channel sales.
• Residence in Singapore.
• Experience with partner channel sales (≥3 years) and regulatory maritime equipment (≥2 years).
• Self‑driven, result‑oriented, and comfortable in social, performance‑focused environments.
