Sales Consultant – Design, Retail & Exhibition Solutions

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive new business for customised design, retail display, fabrication and exhibition solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project confirmation, ensuring client needs are met with creative, high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and market research.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently follow up on potential leads.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design, fabrication, retail display or exhibition solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and supporting sales documents.
• Present solutions confidently and respond to commercial and project‑related enquiries.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority and close sales to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with design, project, production and installation teams for smooth handover and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts.
• Build strong client relationships and support customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Design, Events or a related discipline (advantageous).
• At least two years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in consultative, customised or project‑based solution sales (advantageous).
• Exposure to design, fabrication, retail displays, visual merchandising, exhibitions, events, signage or interior fit‑out (beneficial).

• Basic monthly salary up to SGD 4,000 with a range of SGD 4,000‑6,000.
