Sales Consultant – Digital Software (BIM / Digital Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to promote digital software solutions for BIM and digital construction within the AEC sector. The role involves identifying client needs, delivering product demonstrations and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client requirements in the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM or digital construction solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and prepare proposals or quotations.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to support project delivery and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manage sales pipeline activities and prepare regular sales reports.
• Monitor BIM‑related market trends, competitor products and industry developments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business or related fields.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in construction technology, software or related industries.
• Knowledge of BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro or Bentley is an advantage.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations on BIM or digital construction solutions.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales process from prospecting to proposal preparation and follow‑up.

What we offer

• Competitive salary SGD 3,500 – 5,000 per month plus commission.
• Monthly mobile and transport allowance.
• Standard working days Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.
