Sales Consultant (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

The Sales Consultant will guide customers through the entire buying journey for home access and security solutions, from the initial enquiry to post‑sales support. You will work in a retail showroom environment, helping clients choose the right products and ensuring a smooth installation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to walk‑in customers and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lock and security products.
• Explain product features, pricing, warranties and installation requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices and sales documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and follow‑up on leads.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless handover and installation.
• Handle after‑sales queries, warranty claims and service requests.
• Keep the showroom tidy, support promotions and stay current on product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales, retail or customer‑service experience.
• Comfortable interacting with customers daily in a retail setting.
• Organised, able to multitask and manage follow‑ups in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude and emotionally stable.
• Eager to continuously learn product details and internal processes.
