Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to promote our digital technology courses. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2C and B2B customers interested in digital tech training.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research and other channels.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their training needs.
• Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress and produce accurate sales reports.
• Provide regular performance updates to management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Experience in B2C/B2B sales or a proven track record of meeting targets is a plus.
