Sales Consultant – Luxury Automotive

About the role

As a Sales Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in premium BMW vehicles, guiding them through a seamless buying journey from first contact to post‑delivery follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge of BMW models, competitor offerings and market trends.
• Analyse pricing, promotions and new model launches to provide accurate advice.
• Offer financing and insurance solutions and explain relevant LTA guidelines.
• Deliver a professional, customer‑centric sales experience in line with PML standards.
• Maintain post‑delivery relationships to ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of retail continental car sales experience (or comparable sales background).
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Sales‑driven, target‑oriented and motivated by results.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

• Ability to create or engage with content on social media platforms.
