Sales Coordinator – North Region

About the role

The Sales Coordinator (North) will support the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle across Singapore, ensuring smooth order processing and high‑quality post‑sales service. This role works closely with internal teams and customers to keep sales activities on track.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments to support the sales lifecycle.
• Process sales orders, quotations, credit notes, billing, procurement and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing in line with company guidelines.
• Provide post‑sales and administrative support, including project registration and related tasks.
• Prepare and submit work‑related reports such as revenue forecasts and analysis.
• Assist the sales team with timely order provisioning and deployment.
• Handle customer care tasks, including phone handling and other admin duties.
• Prepare and issue quotations promptly and manage client enquiries via various channels.
• Support the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring all requirements, pricing details and deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues during the sales process.
• Experience in tender preparation and submission.
