Sales Development Representative (Hybrid, Singapore)

About the role

Boomi is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to join its Asia Inside Sales team in Singapore. This hybrid position combines outbound prospecting with close collaboration across sales, channel, and marketing functions to drive new business for Boomi’s integration, API, automation and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Use the Hoffman methodology to engage target personas and focus accounts across key markets, introducing Boomi’s platform and articulating its value.
• Design, launch and manage outbound campaigns from initial outreach through to sales‑qualified lead conversion.
• Partner with Channel Business Development Managers and focus partners to develop strategic plays for their customer bases.
• Work alongside Account Executives and Sales Managers to expand the opportunity pipeline and receive ongoing coaching.
• Coordinate with field‑marketing and partner‑marketing teams to align messaging and events.
• Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and booked meetings.

Required profile

• Passion for hunting new business with a growth mindset and coachability.
• 2‑3 years of corporate experience post‑graduation and at least 1 year in business or sales development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field is preferred.
