Sales Development Representative - Japanese Speaker

Join memoryBlue as a Sales Development Representative focused on the Japanese market. You will generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and social media, supporting our B2B tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound calls daily to set appointments with Japanese prospects.
• Use LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources for continuous prospecting.
• Manage accounts and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead‑generation targets.
• Book meetings via email and social media platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Japanese (native or near‑native).
• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Strong verbal, written and phone communication skills.
• Resilient, accountable and goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
