Sales Director – Flavors (Southeast Asia)

About the role

The Sales Director for Flavors will lead ADM’s Human Nutrition business expansion across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on the flavor portfolio for beverages and related ingredients such as probiotics, proteins, and fibers, driving revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional sales team to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets for flavors.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with Business Managers, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Flavor Creation teams.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key regional accounts, troubleshoot issues and identify unmet customer needs.
• Oversee account receivables to keep overdue balances within acceptable limits.
• Partner with Commercial Development and Business Leads to design market expansion plans.
• Travel 30‑50% across the region to support customers and the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
• More than 15 years of experience in sales, team development and account management.
• Proven experience with flavor products and strong contacts in the food‑and‑beverage sector.
• Demonstrated leadership, team‑building and account‑development capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
