Sales Executive – Beverage

About the role

Culina, a leading specialist food and wine purveyor within the COMO Group, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive its beverage business across Singapore’s hospitality and retail channels. You will be responsible for growing sales, nurturing key accounts, and representing our premium beverage portfolio to chefs, restaurateurs, and purchasers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed beverage sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, purchasers and other industry stakeholders.
• Arrange and attend client meetings to showcase product offerings and services.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling customer complaints or feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve overall performance.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within food distribution, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market and established connections in the food and hospitality sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working a 5.25‑day week, including alternate Saturdays.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to Singapore are a plus.
