Sales Executive – Channel & Retail (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑oriented Sales Executive to develop and grow Aonic Lifestyle’s sales channels in Singapore. The role blends channel and dealer sales, retail showroom engagement, sales operations and fulfilment, and e‑commerce order processing, giving you a key part in shaping our local operations and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Singapore resellers and retail partners, driving monthly sell‑in and sell‑out targets.
• Conduct product training, store visits and business reviews, and support channel activation campaigns and promotions.
• Handle daily e‑commerce orders on Lazada, Shopee and Shopify, process dealer purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Manage inventory for Enabot products in the on‑site mini‑warehouse, perform stock counts, replenishment and basic warehousing tasks.
• Prepare weekly sales and operations updates and attend to walk‑in customers at the showroom, especially on weekends.
• Demonstrate products such as LiberNovo chairs and Enabot devices, and support pre‑ and post‑sales inquiries via chat, WhatsApp, email and in‑person.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and guide part‑time weekend staff during demos and events.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree preferred; 2–4 years of experience in sales, retail, consumer electronics, furniture or e‑commerce operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in product demonstration.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently in a small team.

Required skills

• Experience with Lazada, Shopee and Shopify dashboards.
