Sales Executive – Home & Commercial Markets (Southeast Asia)

About the role

Join La Marzocco's dynamic Southeast Asia branch as a Sales Executive, driving both home and commercial coffee equipment sales across the region. You will work closely with the Managing Director to achieve turnover targets, expand market presence, and support the coffee community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage home and commercial sales activities throughout Southeast Asia.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners and end‑customers, including home users, roasters, and other businesses.
• Develop direct sales for the home sector in Singapore in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Support the Managing Director with operational tasks and branch management.
• Generate, analyse, and report on sales performance and market data.
• Achieve turnover targets for assigned product lines and geographic area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Southeast Asian region.
• Strong command of English.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Hands‑on attitude with a desire for professional growth.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• PowerPoint expertise for presentations.
• Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for sales planning and budgeting.
