Sales Executive – Hospitality Carpet & Flooring

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth for a leading carpet and flooring solutions provider serving the hospitality and interior design markets. The role focuses on managing existing accounts, acquiring new business, and building long‑term partnerships with hotels, designers and related stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand current client accounts within the hospitality sector.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for carpet, carpet tiles and SPC flooring.
• Conduct market research, monitor trends and provide insights to senior management.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to preserve strong relationships.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in related industries.
• Background in hospitality carpets, carpet tiles, SPC flooring or related interior products.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese‑speaking clients.
