Sales Executive – Indoor & Outdoor (Freight Forwarding)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive both indoor and outdoor sales activities for our freight forwarding services. Based in Katong, you will represent the company to new and existing clients, delivering tailored logistics solutions across Singapore and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments through cold calling.
• Develop new clients, maintain current customers, and recover lost accounts.
• Meet with customers to present our services and negotiate terms.
• Follow up with clients until bookings are confirmed and provide after‑sales support.
• Update customer details in the company database.
• Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and deliver sales presentations at client locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 'O' Level qualification.
• Great interpersonal skills, self‑motivated, energetic and outgoing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High stress tolerance and willingness to travel overseas occasionally.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
