Sales Executive

About the role

Lubritrade is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow its modern on‑premise portfolio across bars, pubs, restaurants and cafés. You will be the front‑line driver of new business acquisition and account development in a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new on‑premise accounts, tender for business and secure wins.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company while managing trade promotion activities.
• Grow existing accounts, monitor performance and distribution against targets.
• Use deep knowledge of customer operations to propose effective solutions.
• Provide regular feedback on competitor actions, promotions and new product information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align with overall company objectives.

Required profile

• Entry‑level to 5 years of work experience, eager to learn.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and own car (preferred).
• Degree holder – FMCG experience a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong influencing and communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail.
• Singaporean or PR status preferred.
