Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

About the role

Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive corporate sales growth in Singapore. The role is 100% onsite and focuses on expanding the client base for copier and office technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and canvassing.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, handling lease renewals and upselling document workflow solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and tailored proposals to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Provide post‑sales training, support and analysis of client needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Build long‑term client relationships to promote referrals and maximize revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in office equipment or technology.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business‑level Japanese proficiency for internal and external communication.

• Basic salary SGD 3,000–4,000 per month plus target‑based commissions.
