Sales Executive – On‑Trade (Beverage/FMCG)

About the role

The Sales Executive will focus on the On‑Trade channel, developing and executing sales plans for a defined district. Working closely with the Area Sales Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will build strong relationships with outlet owners, drive brand visibility, and grow volume for our beer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan for the assigned On‑Trade segment in consultation with the Area Sales Manager.
• Establish and maintain relationships with outlet owners, understanding their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Negotiate business terms, volume incentives, and trade initiatives while monitoring cost and profitability.
• Partner with Marketing and Trade Marketing to execute BTL activities, advertising, and promotions.
• Prepare and present business plans, review performance with outlets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and propose counter‑measures.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation of sales activities and generate regular reports.
• Execute outlet call‑plans, ensure PICOS (availability, affordability, visibility) implementation, and use iPad tools for data capture.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of sales, marketing or customer‑contact experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
