Sales Executive – On‑Trade (FMCG)

About the role

The Sales Executive will focus on the On‑Trade channel, developing and executing sales plans for a designated district. Working closely with the Area Sales Manager, you will build strong relationships with outlet owners, understand their needs, and drive growth for our beer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement a sales plan for the assigned On‑Trade segment, aligning with volume targets.
• Engage outlets, negotiate contracts, and manage trade terms, incentives, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to deliver BTL activities and advertising initiatives.
• Prepare and present business reviews to outlet owners on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Monitor promotion agents, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and recommend counter‑measures.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation of sales activities and generate reports.
• Execute outlet call‑plans, ensuring product availability, affordability, and visibility (PICOS).

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of sales, marketing or customer‑contact experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Required skills

• Computer knowledge (basic IT proficiency).
