Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager

About the role

The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager will lead operational strategies that boost sales productivity and drive organisational excellence for Menarini Singapore. Working closely with commercial leadership, the role focuses on data‑driven insights, CRM adoption and change management to align field activities with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret market intelligence and performance data to support strategic decisions for commercial leadership.
• Answer and route all data‑related queries from sales teams, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights on resource utilisation, market opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Monitor and improve the accuracy and efficiency of sales reports and intelligence tools.
• Develop and deliver training on report interpretation and CRM usage.
• Conduct proactive analyses (promotional data, competitive share of voice, doctor‑level data) to identify performance drivers and recommend actions.
• Roll out and champion the corporate CRM system, focusing on sales planning, call planning and field‑staff coaching.
• Track field‑force competency and compliance with CRM standards.

Required profile

• Mid‑level management experience in sales operations, analytics or commercial enablement.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with commercial leadership and field teams.

Required skills

• CRM systems (implementation, adoption and training).
• Data analysis and reporting.
