Sales & Leasing Executive

About the role

A dynamic team is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales & Leasing Executive to join a client-facing role focused on property sales and leasing. The position suits someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals and outreach
• Advise clients on properties for sale and lease, matching their needs to suitable options
• Conduct property viewings and accompany prospective buyers or tenants to sites
• Prepare and present proposals, tenancy agreements and sales documentation accurately and on time
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, lawyers and financial institutions to facilitate transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values and regulatory requirements
• Follow up on leads, keep accurate records of client interactions and deal progress, and achieve individual sales and leasing targets
• Share market intelligence with colleagues and support team objectives

Required profile

• Prior experience in property sales, leasing or a related client-facing sales role is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with a wide range of clients
• Driven and self-motivated, comfortable working towards targets
• Good negotiation skills and a commercially minded approach
• Ability to manage several transactions at once and work independently
• Familiarity with property regulations and transaction processes in Singapore is preferred
• Valid CEA registration (or willingness to obtain one) is an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Proficiency in standard office software and comfort with digital tools for communication and documentation
